This exercise is GREAT not only for the jaw (which you Boxers & MMA junkies need!), but also for the rear of your neck which supports your head. This also works your entire posterior chain, but you can hurt yourself if you do not stand ERECT and look UP when your lifting with this exercise. Imagine doing a proper Squat...that's how your body should be. You can also do FULL squat Jaw Lifts, but I focused on doing just partial squat Jaw Lifts here as my focus is my jaw & neck.
