Perhaps, one of the reasons of the predicaments might be a specific situation, in which I have not had any needs to discuss those college level conversational items listed among the official TOEFL guidelines. The second reason might be my personalities: before answering such a question, I need quite a bit of time to crystallize the ideas in order to convey them coherently to a listener. 15 seconds is a critically short period to deliver a verbal reply. Sometimes, I even do not know what to say at all. In addition, I could be a merely slow-thinker. The last point, that I would like to highlight for you, is my ability of writing an essay.
